    I have a Sapphire Nitro+ 6800xt and on the box it recommends a 850w power supply. I’ve got a Corsair 750w and it’s run flawlessly since February. So I’d say you should be fine. I paid £900 for it at the time.

    Interesting. I was going off the stock AMD PSU requirements, but with AIB models coming factory overclocked it is possible some AIBS increased the recommendation.

    Yes the AMD cards recommend a 750w power supply but Sapphire recommend a 850w. I suppose the quality of power supplies varies so much they where giving themselves some extra headroom. The highest I’ve seen the card draw is 310-320 whilst gaming at 1440p

    Cooling is a bit sloppy apparently with high junction temps, unless Kitguru just had a bad 6900XT;

    Hopefully it was a one-off.

    Yup, had a 6800xt and a 6900xt running off an RM650x np (I upgraded to a RM850x for peace of mind). Plus my 3080Ti Strix would have probably laughed at the 650 and refused to even boot :D :p

    That's a shame, hopefully it was just a bad mount or contact or something.

    Noise is very quiet, much more so than the 1080ti FE that it replaced, and tbh that card wasn't terrible for noise (it also uses a bit less power than the 1080ti). Think it's the same cooler as the 6800XT, so it's quite over-engineered for the 6800. Temps went up to 79 playing an extended session of shadow of the tomb raider at 4k, with a sweltering room temp. I haven't messed with any profiles or settings, just plugged it in & installed the drivers.

    Unfortunately my fruit knowledge is limited but they do look "on the turn" to me. I would be looking at making a banana loaf out of those.

    As long as the banana hasn't turned green again, it's all good! Even if the peel is entirely brown, you can fry them in butter, drizzle with honey and serve with some ice cream.

    *Insert Ainsley Harriot 'Yeah, bwoi' gif here*

    That Red Devil looks just as tasty though.

    Hello guys , I am new here and I need help , I will be grateful for all the advice

    yesterday i changed the paste on my liquid devil , the temperature delta between the edge and the hot spot decreased drastically from the original 30-35'C to 17-20'C ,(i also noticed that the block was poorly tightened) , while i dont understand why my oc dropped , previously 100% stable in games was setting wattman clocks min/max 2600/2700 in 3dm time spy, sometimes it would crash, on these settings I did my record 22131 gpu score, after changing the paste despite lower temperatures I will not pass time spy on clock settings over 2550/2650 - that also too much , 2500/2600
    What could be going on
    One thing I noticed is that before changing the paste, with clocks set at 2600/2700 real average clock in 3dmark is 2600 now it is higher 20mhz, but I can not complete test 2, and sometimes even in the first test crashes, drivers also reinstalled DDU in Safe Mode
