What have I said that's biased?

The entire tone of your posts on the subject of Rangers. Rangers are guilty of this. Rangers must be punisged for that.

While at the same time defending another club who may well be guilty of the same 'crimes' albeit on a lesser scale!

You even defended the old Celtic board stealing money by under declaring crowds for decades, by insisting that evrybody was at it. That was money, some of which should have been making its way to the public purse its Celtic. Just for the craic and that.

I havent defended any other clubs.

Some people just see what they want to see.

Really???

It has been pointed out on numerous occasions several potential rule breaches by a certain other club.

And your response on each occasion has been tantamount to "aye, but..."

I'm not the only 1 to notice it by the way.

My response was the same as it always has been, if Celtic have done the same thing then they should get the same punishment as Rangers - a 3-0 defeat in every game that it happened, Ive mentioned this many times, how is this an aye but?

As I said, you just see what you want to see really.

They never declared the payment to the SFA/SPL - tax has absolutely nothing to do with it, so they coud have paid or not paid. Makes no difference whatsoever if they have breached player registration rules.

Ah, you were bringing up tax in relation to jamesy505's point. I'm still not completely convinced that paying tax would have no bearing on how the case is viewed if brought though, it would at least imply that they recognised their error and tried to correct it partially if not wholly. I've already agreed it should be investigated though as should probably the rest of the league but again it's not mitigating the case against Rangers, it is merely highlights that they were not the only club to do this.

If Juninho's EBT was a payoff, then the payoff would be an upfront payment of his existing contract, not a second contract.

Second contracts in relation to Rangers are a myth! Even the BBC documentary made no mention of second contracts, instead focussing on side letters. Yet despite assuring us they had seen evidence of these, none were shown. In fact the only document that has seen light of day was a copy of an apparant draft letter, on unheaded paper, with no signature that was photographed in the tabloids. The kind of letter anybody could knock out in less than 2 minutes.

And as for the BBC's evidence regarding EBT payments, Billy Dodds was named, despite his insistsnce on BBC Radio Scotland that he did not receive any payments via the trust. As has Marvin Andrews, another player named.

Now, they may well be lying, but I would have serious doubts that a man of Marvin Andrews beliefs would lie. Of course he could just be mistaken.

But when other parts of their research were so poor (Pedro Mendes did not leave Rangers to join Vitoria Guimares), then it must cast doubt on the rest of the program.

Don't even get me started on Mark Daly's "phonecall" to Duff&Phelps PR person! Lol

Sorry but you are denying that the sky is blue there....

The bbc show highlighted a player who took a wage cut and then a large loan out the EBT scheme... Hardly think anyone can cry its just a coincidence.

Its pretty clear many people have taken from the EBT scheme to supplement their wages at Rangers or take payoffs (in the case of Souness), which is in effect holding a second contract.

Good news Steve, Green has done a deal with the taxman.

Shame it cant be true, HMRC has never agreed to a CVA on any football club.

Why not say what you really mean Mark? That you HOPE it isn't true!

You are aware the reason that HMRC cannot agree a CVA with a number of clubs in the UK is down to the football creditors rule. A rule which does not apply in Scotland.

Now are you going to answer my question regarding the accuracy of all the facts on Daly's documentary?

You are aware that the reason HMRC cannot agreed a CVA is not because of the football creditors rule, but because they do not agree any deals with companies who dont pay their taxes.

There is no football creditor rule in Scotland and there was no deal with Gretna, Dundee (twice) and Livingston.

What was your question, I didnt see you ask me any. If it was the Marvin Andrews one where you doubt he would lie because he's christian that certainly gave me a chuckle.

After the first bbc documentary which all turned out to be true about Whyte, were you saying it was a load of nonsense like most of the Rangers fans? Does the fact that the first one turned out to be true mean that the second is more likely to be true?

Was also interesting to see what just happened to an newco in England who couldnt agree CVA like Rangers wont be able to.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/18209679

That was partly why I don't believe Green's statement in today's Daily Record that he's been given the nod from HMRC over the CVA, especially given no-one knows what the results of the big tax case are. With everything else that has gone on at the club I don't think anyone will believe anything from the media until we get the public statement on the case and final written CVA agreement.

Also, he's claiming to be meeting Peter Lawwell on Monday so I don't think many Celtic fans will be happy at that prospect at the time when season tickets are being renewed.
