What have I said that's biased?
What have I said that's biased?
I havent defended any other clubs.
Some people just see what they want to see.
Really???
It has been pointed out on numerous occasions several potential rule breaches by a certain other club.
And your response on each occasion has been tantamount to "aye, but..."
I'm not the only 1 to notice it by the way.
They never declared the payment to the SFA/SPL - tax has absolutely nothing to do with it, so they coud have paid or not paid. Makes no difference whatsoever if they have breached player registration rules.
If Juninho's EBT was a payoff, then the payoff would be an upfront payment of his existing contract, not a second contract.
Good news Steve, Green has done a deal with the taxman.

Shame it cant be true, HMRC has never agreed to a CVA on any football club.
Why not say what you really mean Mark? That you HOPE it isn't true!
You are aware the reason that HMRC cannot agree a CVA with a number of clubs in the UK is down to the football creditors rule. A rule which does not apply in Scotland.
Now are you going to answer my question regarding the accuracy of all the facts on Daly's documentary?
Was also interesting to see what just happened to an newco in England who couldnt agree CVA like Rangers wont be able to.
