Doesnt matter too much to me, I generally do it before. Brushing your teeth in the morning is more about removing the bacteria and mess that's lingered in your mouth for the night.

I also brush my teeth at night, and chew Orbit through the day.

Definately after, whats the point of doing them before only to muck them up a mere matter of minutes later. Anyone who does them before is just weird (not in my opinion, but in FACT!).

Before, because that's normal. Brushing after you've eaten whilst the enamel is softer, is bad.

I also chew a piece of gum for 20 mins after I've eaten, this helps with reducing plaque/acids and any lodged food.

I brush them about an hour after lunch (around 4?) and before I go to sleep usually at around 2am.

I don't wake up till 11 usually because i'm a lazy bum. :D

Edit actually that's not quite accurate. I have a sports injury and am laid up in bed most of the time so it's not all roses.

It did coincide nicely with the release of D3 though.......
