Got an email from mobilephonesidrect.co.uk about EE's pricing going up after the 30th..... Thinking of ordering now, before prices go up!

I could be wrong but if it's EE's tariff that's increasing then signing up won't necessarily mean you don't see the increase!

I really like the look of this and have liked the Xperia handsets in the past so I'm very tempted!

Coming from a HTC One M8 too the main concerns for me are whether the screen size is going to be noticeable and also whether the drop from 1080p to 720p will be an issue - how does the display stack up against your old M8 in your opinion?

Also, I assume the internal memory is 32GB? (appreciate only about 25GB is usable but I've already hit the limit on my M8, which I believe is 16GB internal!)

Yeah its 32gb but you can add a micro sd card if you wish

Havent noticed a difference in screen quality if I'm honest and I use youtube frequently

Still nothing in my local CPW stores - really annoying as I want to see it first hand before going for a new contract!

Got mine here now. Picked it up from Carphone Warehouse yesterday.

Initial impressions - good, maybe not 'great'. 2Gb RAM isn't much of a problem really.

Performance is good, especially coming from a Moto G 4G. Decent size/form factor too. Camera is good, although it'll only do a 4:3 shot at 23MPixel.

Overall pretty happy with it. Is it worth £450? Not sure really. I was just completely fed up with the Moto G so I decided to bite the bullet.

Finally found a CPW that had stock but when I asked to see one running (and without the huge security block welded to the back of the handset) I was told they couldn't unpack one as they had to be sold "sealed"!?!?!

How on earth do they expect to sell something without letting the consumer see it in action first!?!?

So I'm still non the wiser as to whether the reduction from a 5" screen to a 4.6" screen will be all right for me! :(

If its just a case of checking you are happy with the size couldn't you just take a look at a Z3 Compact?
