Still trying to find a starting weight really.
Squat 95kg (easy)
Deads 120kg
Bench 70kg (easy) - hate not having a spotter for the last set or so
OHP - 40kg - easily my weakest link
BOR 65kgs
Back in tonight for Squats, Deads and OHP
Going for 97.5, 122.5 and 42.5 still don't think I'll manage that for 5x5 on the OHP.
Still doing pullups pretty much every day
