Still not slowing down :) Still trying to find a starting weight really.

Squat 95kg (easy)
Deads 120kg
Bench 70kg (easy) - hate not having a spotter for the last set or so
OHP - 40kg - easily my weakest link
BOR 65kgs

Back in tonight for Squats, Deads and OHP

Going for 97.5, 122.5 and 42.5 still don't think I'll manage that for 5x5 on the OHP.

Still doing pullups pretty much every day :)

Those are some good figures.:cool:

OHP is quite odd. When i did it the other day, my third set was shocking but 4 and 5 weren't too bad?! I'm looking forward to 42.5kg on the next session as that will be the highest i've ever gone! :)

Been a lot of work over the past few weeks getting them back up to that, there shooting up at the moment.

I get the same, last set and last rep is normally a push press rather than OHP. :o
