Not to sure about that lol but something up with the benchmark at least and skewing results in favour of AMD.So the tables have turned? If true will be interesting to see what the @TheRealDeal has to say about it
You still definitely buying a 6900XT? Or waiting to make a decision once reviews are out?
XFX are dumb.
Its already been posted. Godfall no RT for nvidia until a patch. https://wccftech.com/godfall-ray-tr...but-only-on-amd-gpus-nvidia-getting-it-later/
This is a DXR game so yes it should run on nvidia right away.
For Cyberpunk the 6800xt is not listed as recommend for RT. https://support.cdprojektred.com/en...issue/1556/cyberpunk-2077-system-requirements
One on the right looks better. I think because its brighter.
Yeah. At your resolution the 2080Ti should be fine anyway. Not to sure about that lol but something up with the benchmark at least and skewing results in favour of AMD.
Deffo going to wait and think I have no choice with stock being short from both for the forseeable future. I will be playing Cyberpunk on my 2080Ti for now but still want to get the 6900XT, as it will beat the 3090 but no RT in CP2007 for AMD for now.
Again this isn't AMD its tge devs show me a post AMD telling the devs to not release for nvidia. I'll be waiting.
And again
They do both support DXR but they both accelerate the Ray tracing differently it isn't just a toggle and just like that it's working.
a lot of nonsense
You are right. Cyberpunk won`t offer support to AMD from the start. And they are working differently which is part of the problem AMD has with the RT games atm.Again this isn't AMD its tge devs show me a post AMD telling the devs to not release for nvidia. I'll be waiting.
And again

I remember this happening a few months back and was pathetic back then. I am certainly not getting involved again lolYeah. At your resolution the 2080Ti should be fine anyway.
It is so interesting to see biases play out above though. Grim looks and see’s more detail in the nvidia image and 4K8K sees more detail in the AMD one. Lol.
Why are they dumb?
How can they disable the support if it`s all DXR? Are you out of your mind? it is like saying that you stop DirectX. Either both cards run RT on the same files, or they need custom files that can be disabled. No thats completely wrong DXR is Directx DXR both cards support it. DXR works a standard way for ALL cards that support it. Godfall has not RT support on nvidia cards because they disabled it. They stated it will be enabled in a few weeks via patch.
AIB reference models were released on the 18th. Hence OCUK selling Sapphire and Powercooler reference cards. As well as other companies selling MSI, ASUS etc...Got a feeling most cards on the 25th will be the AIB's reference models with coolers or or stickers and the true custom cards are a few weeks away, just how it reads across the internet, not expecting to be able to buy a monster on the 25th for sure.
Me either. The difference between both vendors is so small that I just don’t care. There are more important things to look at when choosing a card for me personally.I remember this happening a few months back and was pathetic back then. I am certainly not getting involved again lol![]()
WAIT for the 3080 tiYou still definitely buying a 6900XT? Or waiting to make a decision once reviews are out?
True that. I wanted game specific, playground childishness, on what game is faster on what GPU and we have that now. Prices are the bit that gripes me (from both) and I do miss the old days of £450 buying the top end but I am guilty of spending too much on Titans etc, so best keep my grumble to myselfWell those that wanted high end competition now have it... lets see where the dancing and talk goes on the forum bigwigs!
Dude really stop. Normal people are also well below 11500 on 3080. Those results are also pushed by the 3080 overclockers + custom boards.
Cyberpunk also will have RT enabled only for Nvidia. Which shows that your whole argument about it`s only DXR and it`s fair game for everyone is false.
You really don`t understand anything about computers. But this won`t stop you
