I'm thinking Ben is doing fine from Trump & co.'s perspectives. As HUD oversees real estate and such, probably Trump and/or his friends' business interests are benefiting from Ben's incompetence or corruption.

What made me laugh was when the congresswoman said, to paraphrase, "for god's sake, we went through this last year, are you honestly saying you haven't even read up on something you got caught out with before?"

Finally - some of the wall was built last year......a whopping 1.7 miles :p.
Can't wait to see how he spins his wall achievements when the election cycle really heats up.

Rex Tillerson had a lengthy meeting with the House Foreign Affairs Committee yesterday - https://www.thedailybeast.com/rex-t...house-foreign-affairs-committee-to-talk-trump

I think that's been pretty obvious

It wouldn't matter if it was 1.7 metres, he'd just lie and his base would cheer and throw their maga hats in the air, they're really that dumb.

My favourite GOP Senator is practically writing the script for her rival(s) next year.
This was from Susan Collins, a deciding vote on Kavanaugh's confirmation. Some of the backers in Alabama's recent abortion bill have directly/indirectly admitted they did with the sole intention of getting it up to the SC (it should be noted - they might simply ignore and throw it back down). Of the 5 SC votes that would likely repeal Roe v Wade - she has voted for 4 of them with the only exception been because he was voted in before she ran for Senate.

Trumplethinskin has gone completely off the rails now, holding an impromptu presser and attacking the media, Dems, full-on Princess Stampyfoot meltdown...

He's been have a huge rant on Twitter all morning too.

Within the first 30 seconds he's claiming he's "the most transparent president" again.

Does anyone remember when the US had a decent, kind, humble President who tried to do his best for the people?? A president who didn’t have to constantly insult people in order to get more popular. A President who was willing to work with the downright evil GOP. Not that it did him any good.

Ahh yes the good ole days when America wasn’t constantly being embarrassed on the world stage.

Now they have narcissistic man baby who was a reality show host as a president. It was never going to be a successful presidency due to this buffoons incompetence and criminality.

Maybe America has learnt its lesson and won’t make that stupid mistake again in 2 yrs time...nah who am I kidding?? Americans never learn lol

Think you need to do a bit more research on past presidents, none are as clean cut as your making out their just very skilled at spin and putting on a front.

Did I say any of them were clean cut?? No as they all had their faults but none as big as Trump currently exhibits. When it comes to spin and putting on a front, majority of people will say Trump is outstanding at that.

I suppose in your warped alternative reality, it’s ok for a president to try and bypass the checks and balances put in by previous Presidents/administrations?? To defy subpoenas by Congress for his administration people to testify. To constantly lie and make up rubbish in order to keep his supporters close to him??

Did trump slip up yesterday and admit that Don Jr called him after the infamous Trump Tower meeting?

No, and nor does anyone else. We do remember when they had one who wasn't a complete dirtbag, though.

speak for yourself, not others. We don't need you putting words in our mouths. Why you decided we'd need you to speak for us i've no idea.

I think you will find majority of people disagreeing with you on that point. I see and hear it all the time that Americans, the ones who didn’t vote for Trump, say they miss the good ole days of when they could be proud of their leader.

This guy is a total embarrassment to everyone that calls themselves a true American patriot.

Trump finally hitting out at Rex Tillerson and admitting that he's actually terrible at hiring people.

Of course there are tweets to the contrary.
