The FBI were investigating where there were grounds to press charges, whether Hilary was purposely belligerent, maliciously obstructing justice or was knowingly breaking the law. That was found not to be the case. There was classified information on the private emails server and Clinton fully cooperated with the investigation and admitted that. The fact is was Hilary did was exactly the same as previous SoS that set a precedent.

The problem is, the general public are complete idiots. So long as the next one to come along and promise to "drain the swamp" or be "Strong and Stable" etc, they will just lap it up and say thank you. Its happening over here as well, people are going to vote the conservative party in even though they are going to devastate the future for our children. In Post Truth, people's emotions matter more than truth. People have stopped taking notice of what is happening and are too easily manipulated by the media and social engineering.

May could quite literally announce she is planning to round people up and mince them into sausages and she would still get in because the press have told them so.

I know people in the NE who lost their jobs in the steel industry because of government neglect. They will be voting conservative even though the conservatives have never done anything for that area ever and sat back and allowed their industry to die. Conservatives who actively vetoed EU tariffs on cheap Chinese steel imports.

They can't even come up with a conservative policy that they agree with either but they will vote conservative because the press have told them that its the "Strong and Stable" option.

You not seen the wondrous masterplan to raise the steel industry from the ashes and turn it into a world beating success now we have voted Brexit?

Will never happen but they can entice the NE steel voters with it.

I want to know what Putin has on Trump, is it some massive loan he lent Trump to get him out of his bankruptcy? That certainly would explain the tax returns or this mysterious golden shower tape.

Whatever it is, there must be something between them, something so strong that has made Trump to kiss Putin's ass on TV, to make him hire all these people with Russian connection, to ask the Russian to hack the DNC, to invite 2 Russians into the white house, to allow Russian media and not US media.

I can't wait to find out.

Oh, where is wikileaks when you need it? :D

This is just far too much winning, people are getting tired of the unwavering successes of this administration.

And ironically, it was the Tories that gave it to them.

This is most likely the logical truth.

Someone like Trump may be able to run a business empire but has never needed to play to the politics within government.

Unfortunately he has successively made poor cabinet choices and acts too authoritarian appearing to make the direct decisions rather than heeding the counsel of others and just playing the public face of the republicans.

He needs to step back and stop acting as he would in business.

    Probably too late now.
