"We hate and are pulling out of that agreement with Iran whereby we did favourable economic things for them in return for denuclearistion"

"Hey N Korea, do you want to enter an agreement whereby we do favourable economic things for your country in return for denuclearistion?"

Was thinking the same thing too, the Koreans are finally talking and getting along and working towards potential peace, yet the US still continue to do drills which can be seen as provocative and threaten in their eyes.

They're joint drills with the South Koreans, it's not just the Americans involved.

Exactly, continuing with drills they know are massively contentious just before talks, especially after showing that a deal with the US may be worth less than the paper it’s written, just seems stupid.

Why should/would NK give up the only leverage they have in that sort of environment. For a deal to work you need trust, it’s blatently obvious the US doesn’t trust NK and NK doesn’t trust the US. Both have legitimate reasons for that u fortunately.

    I mentioned SK.
They have been going on a long time. but as stated it's an issue of concern for NK that the drills go on right on their borders. Any other country would be a little miffed, especially with the US's history in the Korean war.

    Completely agree.

Kim came to the border himself, he released three prisoners as a good will gesture, started to shut down a nuclear site. Meanwhile the US, SK do a live firing exercise on the NK border. Are they deliberately trying to sabotage the fragile start of peace takes/denuclearisation?

Exactly I still don't see what benefit it would bring to antagonise the situation but I have long given up trying to figure the thinking from Trump and his administration. Did anyone hear Bolton even suggested to use the Libyan approach?

just remember this isnt a surprise drill its a regular yearly thing.

Could be NK did all this good will coming to the border releasing hostages etc, just so that when the drill started as they knew it would they could leverage it to look like the good guy and walk away.

thus putting international pressure on the us and sk forces to stop the drills.

It wouldn't have done any harm to postpone drills, it's stupid to carry them out at the beginning of peace talks

Shock as FBI use informants to get information on shady looking operations that look like they are conspiring against the USA!

There is more than enough evidence, just in the public eye, that show why the FBI were concerned and investigating. No doubt there is even more that we don't know yet (and Comey has told us this in a recent interview).

Also, lol at "IMBEDDED". You think he would get someone to spell check his tweets so that he doesn't come across as a complete ignoramus. He is the president for goodness' sake.

I do enjoy Trump visibly ******* his pants. Their next attack will be the cost of the investigation, I believe each additional year should come out to roughly the same as 3 trips to Mar A Largo.

Without trying to sound like a broken record, I read last night that the Democrats are worried they are losing the battle against Trump's strong economy and don't know how to counter. If this is the case, this would be more nails in the coffin that the senior leadership of the party are so completely out of touch and clueless. The media are complicit as well, continuously banging on about how strong the economy is. What do they base this on? The stock markets? Unemployment? Even combined, these two metrics are hardly the golden goose of a strong economy - especially the stock market.
    • Relatively stagnant wages since the 80s
    • A huge national debt; $1tn in credit card debt $1tn in student loan debt, >$20tn government debt
    • A huge and growing deficit
    • Half of the work force earning $30,000 or less
    • A shrinking middle class
    • The <1% laughing all the way to the bank
    • A crumbling infrastructure
    • All those earning <$75K by 2028 will be paying more in taxes
Now if an established party can't exploit and counter the above with the most hated politician and president at the helm, what is their purpose? And everyone seems to be forgetting the past; tax cuts for the rich/corporations, deregulation, a booming stock market - the main ingredients for the 'boom' in a boom and bust cycle.

Dopey ****, though that was quite a quick edit for him, can normally take hours.

I am not one to normally nitpick about spelling or grammar ( I am sure I have made a fair amount of mistakes posting on forums etc.). However, this is the President of the United States. What he says carries weight and has consequences, so you would think he would at least take the time to write things properly.
