The ultimate ocuk ps3 review - The blue print.

Hi there guys. I have a proposal - Basically as the title says, im planning (with the help of other forum members) to do the ultimate ps3 review and possibly make it a sticky...?

I have a 20g Ps3 coming in by next week and im offering to let someone prefarably any of the following to have go on it and do a review of it - DaveyD, Dirty Dog, Kreee or anyother good person that post good stuff in here.

I have with the ps3 a game (Resistance) and a HDMI cable. If anyone could provide a HD ready tv. I would more be more than happy to meet up with any of th named posters (if they want) to let them have a go on the ps3 for a day or so and then do the review. .....Well that's the rough plan for now, feel free to develop further....Thanks.

I know, but this is one with a difference. Dirty Dog i would say is pro sony, Kreee kinda pro 360 and DaveyD is neutral....see what im trying to do?

Yes, but as i saw in the For Sale section, some guy stated his PS3 made his 360 "look like a fisherprice toy".. well.. oh dear was all i thought.. all of those comparison videos and screenshots must be lying..

It would be good to get multiple comparisons. Good idea ElRazey..

I'm not pro any company or console

And as I've said before, a PS3 would likely never be on my shopping list due to its controller which I don't like as much as the Xbox style.

Dirty, if you want....I could meet you in essex (according to your location) let you play around with it for some hours or so, take some pictures and do a review of it? I like your post and how you present your point hence why i put you alongside those other guys.

I will review it with you if you need, im not pro anything, i used to own a 360 and i own a Wii, so if you want me to help i will gladly do so.

EDIT - actually probably not the best really if you are down in the South, and i also think Yewen is in the middle of making an up-to-date 'Next Gen Console sticky thread' So might be worth not doing this.

I would be a bad person to review it because I already know that I don't like the controller

(as it is very close to the PS2 design which I have used.) Also anything good I might say about it would be dismissed by many here as due to pro-Sony bias (which isn't true but that's what people think).

Another very good reason is that I have never played on or seen a 360 in action. The best person to review a PS3 is someone who owns a 360 and has played extensively on it, who can then tell people how the two compare. But thanks for the offer

Wouldn't really be worth a sticky, maybe a good bump or two every now and then. How much did you pay for it if you don't mind me asking ElRazur?
