Leanne a worthy winner I just hope her album is modern and not a classical hits collection which us what Simon would have done. But Jessie j wow her voice was incredible, much respect for her

The eleven date tour for The Voice UK Live has been cancelled due to a lack of ticket sales.

What is even more strange is the following:

More than seven million people tuned in to watch 28-year-old Leanne Mitchell, from Lowestoft, Suffolk, be crowned the show's first ever winner.

Her single, a cover of Whitney Houston's Run To You, failed to make it into the top 40 of the Official Chart.

I'm pretty sure that she was banking on that song making it to No.1. For it to no even enter the Top40 - she must've been mortified.

And to think, this show cost over £20M and was one of the reasons why F1 was cancelled (ie. F1's funds were going to be diverted to some expensive TV shows, which included The Voice).
