For goodness' sake, talk to her. Ignore the "if you have to talk about sex, you're doing it wrong". That's all well and good and things are working and you can just give your mrs the eye or a cheeky grope and she gets the message that you want to shag, but when things aren't working and you've effectively been shut out, then you have to talk about it.

Just be honest. Tell her you're upset that you're not having sex any more and that you want to talk about how you can get things back on track. Be honey and open and sympathetic and understanding. You already know the reason she's not interested - she's too busy and tired, basically - so you have an advantage there. Now what you need to do is work out how you can dig out some space in your life to make some time for sex. That might mean changing routines or fitting in around what she's doing or just getting away from it all. Whatever you do, do something.

But first and foremost, talk to her about it.
