The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt

I'm quite close to the end of the game I think, I assume like most of these games, once completed i'm free to do all the side quests and treasure hunts? Obviously, not ones that tie in to the main quest.

That's correct.

Anyone come across the cave system in Ard Skelling with the Wooden large bear statue in it, it a huge complex with this in the centre but no monsters or loot or anything...seems like its there for a reason.

Hmm, possibly a future DLC quest area that's unfinished?

I would like some more about the Bear School.

My life feels so empty after finishing Witcher 3.

Tell me about it. It's been almost three weeks since I finished it and I don't feel like playing anything else or even watching any TV show since it all seems so inferior to the experience this game gave me :/
And all I want to do is play it again, but at the same time I want to wait for expansions so I forget some of it and the second playthrough is fresher..

Just picked up a few quests I missed on my first playthrough in Skellige....well, I didn't actually miss them they just didn't activate when they were supposed to(after the phantom of edelberg quest). I have left pretty much all of Skellige for my 2nd visit and it is much better in terms of story, but unfortunately I am way over-levelled for everything.

BTW, my new favourite little touch in the game - in Skellige at night you can see the flickering lights of distant settlements. Cool!

Is there a specific build I should be using? I've got some griffin armour and just plonked my points haphazardly, lvl 15 now.

Anyone done the new dlc quest yet? I've just downloaded it.

Done Skellige Most Wanted and the Cat and the Wolf one, at level 35. A bit pointless at that level, both took about 5 mins each.
Just finished my second playthrough, going to do Witcher 1 and 2 now.

Took me 2 hours to deal with the wraiths during the baron quest... i mean the first silver sword you start with, wasnt a bright idea...

Did it though :D

Im stuck on that at the moment. It really bugs me you have to go through the stupid dialogue each time and can't save midway.

The new DLC Quest, Where the Cat and Wolf play is fantastic. If you've helped Lambert is actually ties into that in the slightest way, and there's a nice bit of back story depending on how to tackle the quest.

why i always get a red x for quest "hunting witch" - search the hut using witcher senses.....grrrrrrr...

Some parts of it just fail depending on how and when you do things. Doesn't always mean the quest can't be finished though, especially main quests.
