The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt

They're going to release it on every platform at the same time, but I've never heard of PS4 updating on the weekends. Would love to be proven wrong, but I doubt it'll be this weekend.

Can't remember exactly, but a few levels lower than the quest that sends you to Triss.

There is a good mix of stuff to do there. Have you been to Oxenfurt yet?

Nopes! I'm lever 4, only been to the Barons place, a few local towns. Cleared out the starter area (aside from the '?' that has the lv10 Drowners in the top right of the map... F them guys.

Try and resist the urge to rush to Novigrad!(not even sure you can get there yet anyway)

Oxenfurt is a great city as well, and you can go there a lot earlier.

possibly as part of the Baron's quest.

Do some of the main quests. I have said it before, but the game will be much better if you mix the main/side quests. You get little XP for side quests, but loads for main quests. It isn't really the type of game where you 'clear' an area then move on...You revisit each area at least once during the story.

Will do, I'll crack on tomorrow or Sunday, bit busy this weekend, I don't get much time to game these days, I'd love to start streaming but don't have the time for that either! lol

Patch is live on PS4.
Look at the size of that bugger!!

Content in Novigrad is great just cant stand the place. Cant run with your horse, loads of narrow spaces, annoying to navigate. :p

Oddly, that sounds perfect to me. Love when I enter a house and I'm forced to walk. Means I don't have to argue with the controls in order to get the pace I want.

I can't wait!

I imagine there will be some 1.0.6 vs 1.0.7 patch vids no doubt. But what are the biggest differences people are expecting?

Well, I still have no idea what they mean by 'alternative movement style for Geralt', so I suppose I am interested in seeing what that is. Hope it makes Geralt more responsive.

yea pretty sure thats what it is, i got used to the character movement after an hour or so but every now and then he can feel clunky, like when you are running and stop, he will continue (slow down) for a bit before he stops completely, for example
