Only on my second, first lasted for almost 3 years. Been quite the 4 years
I bought mine a 120HD for it's birthday. 
Started as an Arcade then 20Gb then 60Gb & now the 120Gb, My first lasted 20 months of my smoked filled playing sessions, Hopefully this one will last around the same so I can use the 2yr warranty I got with it again for a new one.

I've still got Amped 3 and Condemned, mainly because I'm too scared to play it. I'd still quite happily play CoD 2, Amped 3, Kameo or PGR3.

On my 3rd one now although my launch day console worked for a good yr or so then went kaput...had it replaced but then traded it in for the elite which was just newly out...that was about 2 yrs ago and since then *touch wood* its been good as gold.

My October 2006 one had 3 RRD 1 week within the 3 year warranty.
Went away to MS - all fixed now.

Ive had 4 but none of them have failed.
One got dropped (I cant blame MS for me having butter fingers and dropping it can i), One got traded in when i won a 60gb one, The two i have left one is a Uk machine one is US machine.
Early games I still have include Burnout revenge, GRAW, DOA and NHL2k6. Not sure any of them were release games cause i got my first 360 just after xmas once the mad rush had died down.
