That's a fair point. I always ended up putting both sets of clips in from installation after I made the mistake initially. But otherwise I still prefer the Thermalright fan clips. Because of the position of the CPU socket on my motherboard, coolers end up quite close to my PSU at the top, so it's very fiddly trying to reach and install the Noctua fan clips. The number of cuts I've had from that cooler...
