Dang! Bought my silver arrow from somewhere else this week...would rather have spent the money with OCUK! Ah well! Great job on securing these products guys! I might have to get some more ty-140's for case fans as I'm very impressed with them.

Great to see ocuk stocking TR coolers. Loving my Venomous X (not the black version) - keeps my i7 920 nice and cool with 2x enermax magmas.

I think the price on TY-140 fan is excellent considering that noctua nh-d14 fan prices are above £13.

Can some one please compare TY-140 vs Akasa Viper and TY-140 vs NF-P14:). I would love to see the results

Those fans are meant to be awesome, but as with the noctuas - why the gay colours? lol what's wrong with black? lol

If the IFX-14 does come back (at the same price it used to be), I'll be a happy bunny! Was just about to buy one of those when they disappeared from the stocklist lol

My TY-14 isn't that colour it's a greyish blue frame with the same blue as in pics for blades and has a black braided cable.

Any chance of Thermalright IFX-14 coming back or is ocuk done with it? I know it is 3-4 years old heatsink and the ancestor of silver arrow and cogage arrow but gives excellent performance on par with silver arrow or even better especially when attached to akasa viper fans:).

Edit: I bought it from ocuk back in november for my Q6600 for £29.99 and it has been excellent performer over my previous thermaltake big typhoon and has a bad ass looking design.

I will look into it for you. I will speak to them on Monday.

Any further news on Thermalright IFX-14?

1.very easy to install
2.cools very well
3.slient operation
i have left the back plate on the card as i didnt want my card bending under the weight of the cooler, excuse the motherboard stand offs, my friend brought the wrong size round so a trip to the shop tomorrow to get some proper nuts! lol.
i used the x clamp that came with the cooler and the rubber mounts sit below the x clamp on the board itself.
then the x clamp over the top off the back plate, very secure!
ok temps wise iam getting 26-28 idle and a furmark run the highest it got was 54, this was with the fan set at 50% in bios but showing 43% in hw monitor.
so very please with the results as the stock cooler reach 82 in furmark and no more hover sound coming from the case:D

I really like the thermalright coolers, glad you're stocking them now :-)

I wish they'd sort their fan clips I always end up using zip ties because they seem to let go after a while...
