These fans with H80?

I have 2 spare of these lying around. Are they fine for a H80?

Not sure I still have the brackets that hold them in place with the NH-D14, plus I don't have the accessories seen on that page.

How do you usually attach fans to a H80?

Yeh they'd be fine cooling wise. A lot quieter than the stock fans!

Here's a vid showing their noise levels with different settings on the H80 unit. Two of them set up in push pull. The vic was made to demonstrate a faulty pump which has now been fixed. The portions of the video where the pump isnt being annoying will give you an idea of what those fans would perform like.


The spare fans you have are made for "applications where high static pressure is required" as claimed by the manufacturer....thus perfect for radiator cooling.

Only issue yopu may have is if those fans are only 3-pin then you'll have no PWM control and have to use a fan controller to monitor their speed.
