They dont come more mint than this, retro Ford power.

I remember having a real blast with one of these when I was younger, sitting in the passenger seat of my dads motor. My dad had a 2.8i Capri, two tone Blue over Silver and the XR4i had just come out. We were on our way back from Silverstone and we picked one up on the A5. The roads had less cars on them back then, very few police and no one had heard of cameras. Very quick as I remeber and it ended with the talentless XR4i driver very nearly loosing it on an island followed shortly after by a banzi overtake when he was trying to catch up which caused him to wipe out his door mirror on another car. It was at that time my father backed off due to the XR4i driver being a loony, but both great icons of their time.

Capri was faster though, not matter what some of the magazines tried to say at the time :D

No power steering? Every one I've driven has had PAS, I always assumed it was standard :)

My mate had one with my old Cossie LSD fitted.

He's rubbish at doing donuts on gravel :D

I miss the Sierra days :(

Once unloved and alwasy the Cosiie underdog,
not really as one replaced the other.
you can't call it an underdog when the two cars weren't available at the same time.

no it was an option, although it was standard on the Capri as it's so nose heavy.
