Things to do in Manhattan

Excellent suggestions chaps, I'm really looking forward to this 
Not the Marriott Aurora is it? I'm staying there
Do what I did:
Go up the Empire State in the day, Rockerfeller at night! Best of both worlds!
Catch a Knicks vs Nets game at Madison Square Garden which was mega cool!
Ferry over to Liberty Island/Ellis Island was OK - not too special IMO.
Walk about Macy's and the general shops in that area.
Times Square at night (obviously), get your obligatory pic on the bright red stairs.
Walk about the Financial District for a bit.
Get lost in Chinatown whilst trying to find Little Italy (and failing).
Go to the uni area of a night and get drunk in many of the student bars, visiting McSorley's (oldest 'pub' in NY apparently, and there was some crazy buy one get one free offer on Yengling after midnight or something, can't quite remember)
Walk around Central Park in the morning and be in amazement as to how for a nation of obese people, so many New Yorkers go jogging!

Yeah I would definitely recommend that - quite pricey IIRC but nice cocktails
