Well, you'll get one Wiimote and one Nunchuk included in the pack. You'll want a 2nd Wiimote and 2nd Nunchuk too. The Wiimote is about £25 and the Nunchuk is £15ish iirc. Alternatively, you might want to consider getting Wii Play for £30 which includes a Wiimote so you're effectively getting the games for a fiver (which is probably all I'd pay for them anyway as they're not that great to be frank).
So, it's either £40 for a Wiimote & Nunchuk, or £45 for Wii Play & a Nunchuk.
However, depending upon the VC games that you're interested in, you'll possibly need to invest in some Classic Controllers. Some of the games work with the Wiimote turned horizontally, e.g. Sonic works like this, but if the Wiimote doesn't have enough buttons to accommodate the game then you're outta luck.
You can either buy the official Wii Classic Controllers, which plug in to the Wiimote and are wireless, or you can save yourself a lot of money and buy the wired Gamecube controllers for about £7 each.
