I like them both but my immediate thought is they need a bit more contrast.

Lovely pics.

A polarising filter would have helped you with the window reflection which in turn might have helped contrast.

They're still great though!

Yup, I agree. A little tweak of the levels, a little contrast and some sharpening would make these a lot better. Some midtone burning in on the foxe's left eye would help balance the contrast there. The second shot is nicest IMO, from a wildlife point of view.
