thx speakers out of sync?

Hi,
Ran the thx on the star wars DVD. It said that the front left speaker was out of sync. It said to check the wires and turn them round. I did that and it still said that the front left speaker was out of sync.

The sound test all the speakers were all making noise. I watched a film last night and the sound was perfect. should I be worried that the speaker is out of sync?

My amp is a STRDH790. I used the auto calibration tool that came with the amp to setup the speakers.

This is perhaps one of those times where room acoustics trip up the auto-calibration wizards.

I have test discs which include phase check audio tones. It's pretty obvious when they're playing whether two speakers are in or out of phase, so I know when a system is set up correctly for phase. Some AVRs still report incorrectly despite all being checked and verified.
