TIF to PDF Converter

I have thousands of TIFs in various directories that I need to convert to PDF. Because of the number of files it needs to automate this. Most importantly, I must retain the directory structure.

Basically, I want to point it at the root folder and set it running. I then want it to pass through each directory converting the TIFs as it goes.

Any suggestions?
