Time for Vista, but will it run fine?

Hi Guys,
Im wondering if its worth me to switch from XP to Vista 64 bit……..? However my computer specs are E6600 overclocked to 3.2 running 2GB of ram. Will this be enough to make the transfer over to vista 64bit or I would be much better putting on vista 32 bit?
