I want to embark on a little project to make a time lapse movie and add my own music to it. I already have software to create the music, but I need suggestions of a simple video software that will let me arrange photo stills as a video and add a music track to it.
Ideally I want to be able to choose the frames per second as 30, so that I can then set the beats per minute of the music as a multiple of that, so that I know what part of the music will be going with each part of the video.
Any suggestions? Ideally free/open source or cheap software please, I know Adobe Premiere probably does this but it costs a bomb
