To All Core 2 Duo Pro Evo"ers"

Ok i dont know if its just my rig or everyone elses but is pro evo dead jumpy with these new processors, i used task manager to hold it to just one core and it improved loads but still isnt perfect! i was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem, ive got a BFG 8800 GTS 640MB and im trying to run it at 1680x1050 which i wouldnt think would be much of a stress for it. My P4 2.8HT with a AGP 7800GS OC ran it better :S

I had to do it on loads of games when I moved our server do dual core...

The Set Affinity program is pretty rocking Worked where doing it through the task manager/etc didn't.
