To much for a PSU signs

I want to put in a DVB TV card but I don't want to put to much pressure on the PSU. Is there any tell tail signs when your putting to much demand on your PSU? I only have a Antec EarthWatts 430W PSU in my case now which it came with.

I have in my PC 2 120mm fans
Intel Q6600
Nvidia 7900 GTO 512mb
2x2Gb DDR2
sata harddrive
DVD and CD rewiter

Yes, your computer becomes unstable. Simple as that really!

That ought to be absolutely fine, decent brand and solid enough PSU. As C4EVA says the way you know normally is that the system becomes unstable, excessive heat might be another clue but I doubt that it will be an issue here.
