I was about to buy some RAM, but I am not using DX Secure again for my delivery. I know you will say "well how can you knock a free service" but after all the issues, multiple phonecalls to OcUK etc, I will not use them again. No chance of using DPD or RM for a very loyal customer?

To be fair to OcUK I can completely understand why they no longer use DPD as their free shipping. Its way too expensive for them to do it, however, DX are so shockingly bad OcUK are loosing business (even if its on a small scale). Its a balancing act and one I hope they resolve soon. But anyways, OcUK, about my free DPD... :P

I understand where you are coming from with that one. DX are BAD.

Totally agree.

Had a SSD sent out last week/end via DX - tracking number with my postcode returns this:

"Sorry, this combination of tracking number and postcode do not correspond with our records. Please check and try again."

thtas what i kept on getting with my item. I rung ocuk and DX like i said in my last post.

I hear ya. I am thinking the same thing.

It's very frustrating. Because I know I could possibly get £50-£60 back on my 5770 meaning my upgrade would only be like £80 if I got for the 6850. But, I could also go for a second 5770 for £50-£60 and crossfire them which I think would give me better performance than a single 6850, but I'd pick up the usual problems of noise/heat.

*Sigh* Decisions decisions....

DX ? never heard of them, haven't had any problems with any of the couriers ocuk has used in the past so hopefully DX will be just as good.

Don't ge ta HD6850.

Can barely cope for gaming at 1080p in the newest titles.

Awesome price on the ram - having a hard time not buying it!

J-Fro don't forget if needed you could sell the games for at least another £50 i would say. essentially giving you a 6850 for 20-30 £ . I am in the same boat . If i had a bit more money i would be all over it.

I gave in and bought the RAM earlier, but I paid for DPD delivery. Kind of goes against my argument about loosing customers, but I really wanted the RAM. Please sort DX out soon OcUK!
