Zalman CNPS10X Extreme CPU Cooler (Socket 754/939/940/AM2/775/1155/1156/1366) @ £37.98 inc VAT

Hmmm.. The Phenom X4 850 or the Athlon X4 630 for the HTPC? Both are overkill I realise, but I'm getting annoyed with how slow the 4850e feels by comparison with the main Sandybridge PC. Is the 500 MHz speed increase worth £25 extra in people's opinions? Both are Athlon's really and both are 95W TDP so other than the speed and price they look pretty similar to me.

It is whatever AMD choose to brand it, so if they want to call it a Phenom II it is a Phenom II and if they want to call it a Banana II it is a Banana II.

Except Deneb's are higher binned, meaning higher clocking.
