It's all about quality and performance, you can also buy bicycles for the price of cars, cars for the price of planes, etc.

If you want the best, you pay for it, if you can't afford it then you don't have the best, end of story.

Also you can buy a netbook for £200, or a calculator for £20! Or pen and paper for £1!!!
