I like this memory dual channel kit (1600MHz) as mine is 1333MHz @ 9-9-9-24-2T @ 1.50v (4 x 2Gb each) as would upgrade to this 2 x 4Gb will be lots better or is it just make no different ?

Mine is Corsair CM3X2G1333C9 (4 x 2Gb) 9-9-9-24-2T 1.50V

Edit: what is the ram voltage as it didn't say on the spec details ? 1.50v or 1.65v ?

i doubt that you would see any real difference other than in benchmarks.
