Just to clarify, it wasn't raided or anything - simply 2 separate 2TB WD Caviar Green's in their own Sata-II slot. They cost me £65 each in February '11. One drive is for Fraps recordings and the other is for RAW photos and scans. The third drive is backups.
I ran HDTach 3.0.4.0 (Long) benchmark on those two WD C.G. drives....
For large file transfer speeds on this huge HDD for the price, i'm quite tempted to buy another. Only thing holding me back is I really want WD to release a Sata-III version. I know Seagate have their version but I've used WD for years and the once I did use a 500GB Seagate, the drive died.
