Tomb Raider Anniversary not for 360?

Hi Guys

I just found out about this game but from what i have heared its not coming out on the 360? is that right or am i missing something?

wish it was Tomb Raider 2 remake, best TR game imo.
Hopefully with this one they leave the controls alone and not implement all the new fancy ones, rather have it nice and simple like it used to be!

I thought legend on the 360 was nice and simple :confused:

I agree. Although I loved the original game, the grid system control method from back then is dated. Its far too slow and awkward to work into a modern version. I found Lara in TRL a doddle to control.

I agree, the second one was the best IMO, I liked Chronicles too. Shame it's not coming to Xbox but at least I still gots me a PS2.

The original TR was the best... ive just gotten rid of my ps2 also... BIG DOH on that part.. guess ill have to buy one again :rolleyes:

I much prefer the old style of movement, I've been a big fan of the TR series and the most recent game (completed on 360) didn't feel like TR at all imo.

I have to say, I like the way Sony have kept the Playstation 2 in circulation, Instead of doing what Microsoft have done, and dump the Xbox completely.

Final Fantasy 12, Manhunt 2, Tombraider, God of War 2 are all games I will be buying. And these have all been after the release of the PS3.

And in my eyes, All 4 of those games, Are must have games.

But will it still be in circulation once the ps3 is out in all places? Just remember the 360 is available everywhere now & the ps3 isn't.

There is no reason to think it wont be and a few reasons to think it will.
The PS kept going for years after the PS2, still making some good games. And at the moment, FFXII managed to keep crackdown off the top of the charts. Now that is something considering crackdown comes with the Halo 3 beta atm.
Also with the backwards compatibility being 'reduced' in Europe, there is even more reason to keep churning out PS2's. Especially if they are only costing 50 quid now.

Dunno what to get this on, PS2 or PSP.

Very much looking forwards to this game, I've been a fan of the Tomb Raider franchise since its debut in 1996. Tomb Raider 1 is deffinetly the best. I'm guessing the PC version will have the next generation content that Legend had?

yes it will, nothing can beat TR1.
