    Sees Katie Hopkins, closes window.

It’s not about freedom of speech, it’s about contempt of court. If the court puts a restraining order from your kids, and you go see them, it’s a contempt of court, you can’t argue “no freedom to see your kids anymore”

    Clear?

I really don't see the issue.

I certainly wouldn't want to be famous for what he is and in jail though .

A trial of some very odious individuals was taking place for some despicable crimes.
There were reporting restrictions on this trial, so the defendants could get a 'fair trial'.
This was so the defendants couldn't argue after the fact they have not received a fair trial, and so that THEY WOULDN'T GET OFF WITH IT LATER!
Tommy the ****head had a court order specifically against him acting the ******* and ******* up this trial.
He acted the *******, so he was found in contempt of court.
He was afforded the same reporting restrictions until he was sentenced to jailtime.

If my daughter had been raped, and some ****nut turned up and disrupted the trial of the rapist, so the rapist got off, thirteen months in prison would be a light sentence for the ****nut.
Tommy, don't break the law, especially when the court have specifically told you not to, and told you what would happen if you do.

He only reported on stuff that was out there any way, on the BBC website etc.

I appreciate he can come across extreme, but there is alot of truth in what he says. Winston Churchill shared the same ideology

Everyone is to scared to speak out as your seen as racist these days.

Not proud to be british myself

He broke a specific court order against himself.
If our legal system doesn't enforce what our legal system states it will do, then there is nothing British left.
We are a culture of law.

    -edit
    i don't give a **** for his views
i don't care, I've never heard the man, i doubt he would offend me but he broke the law
he also might have managed to get rapists a way out of their sentence
i'd be very unhappy if he has

He was convicted ALREADY with a SUSPENDED sentence over his head.

It’s like you were convicted of hitting your children and was convicted doing so, and given a suspended sentence and restraining order NOT to go within 100 yards, then you do it anyway.

There won’t need to be a new trial, you will just get arrested and locked up as per original sentence.

    Clear?

    Good.

Yeah that's right, raping a bunch of kids will have a proper trial in five hours.
    Catch yourself on.

Court order states Do not do A.
    You do A
    You breach court order.
Why the delay, there is no evidence to gather, you've breached it.
    There is no defence.
Go to jail. Five hours is sufficient waste of our courts time.

Only Muslim gangs? There are many white grooming gangs who have not received the same targeting from Robinson or his "followers". Do you only care about the muslim gangs?
