If you can make yourself ill, with your mind, then why can't you make yourself better as well?

I'll say it, yet again, experience. I'm not going to repeat myself ad nauseum, we're just going round in circles now.
It is a bit of an assumption in fairness. How do you know the illness was because of your thoughts and not in spite of your thoughts?
