I've just started editing this weeks images and I was hoping for some feed back - Have I upped the saturation a little too much on this shot?

Looks pretty good from here as well. The saturation is maybe pushing it a tiny bit in the lower right hand corner, so it might be worth toning that down a bit. :)

Yep lower right is as far as you can safely go, but if you hadn't of mentioned anything I wouldn't have thought "wow lay of the saturation you nutter!"

Half the shots posted have the saturation way too high imho but this one looks fine to me. Green plants in that sort of wet environment can be really bright green and this doesn't look unrealistic.

Cheers - I'll give it a try tomorrow. Seriously though the area is like something out of deliverance! We were walking for close to 5 hours before we saw our first humans.

It looks fine to me. That's near to Ystradfellte in Wales?

Here's a photo I took there (with no tripod as it rolled into a river :( ):

Yea its the same one. Its called Sgwd yr Eira meaning "fall of the snow". You think you had problems with your tripod - my 400D now has a nice chunk out of it where I slipped and fell on the wet rocks! Fair dues to Canon it still works.
