Tool to automatically detect faces and track/blur them in video?

Hi guys,

I have some videos of me and friends that contain background people that for legal reasons have to be blurred out. What I want is a tool that makes it very easy to detect or manually tag a face and then track and blur it for the rest of the video.

I did a Google and I see that Windows Movie Maker can do something of the sort but I can't find anything that is more advanced and makes it more automated.

Any ideas/recommendations?
