tools available to adjust screen settings on ATI 6950?

my purple fan loving friend is asking another question of the rather expensive mosasaur he is planning to buy soon.

he has normally gone with Nvidia graphics cards because of the vast array of options that come with the card allowing him to adjust things like gamma, digital vibrance, saturation, colour vividness, brightness and other stuff like that

before he buys the mosasaur, which has ATI graphics cards, can someone tell me exactly what the ATI graphics cards come with in way of options like these. i believe the program is called AMD catalyst, but i cant find a definitive list of what you can do with this program.

-CPU Power, auto underclock CPU to save power to specified level.
