Tour of London and Paris

Does anyone know of any tours currently running which take you around London, and then Paris?

I know this isn't really peak season for this sort of thing... but I was just hoping if there was something available

Do you mean available now? Or after the New Year you can just book now?

I meant now, or a tour ending before the 14th

I don't think there isn't one and I travel in central London very regularly for sights etc.
I think it'd be easier to plan your own. Look around London, do things in the East End etc, then Eurostar it to the French
