Trading/Gaming PC 800-1000

Saw a decent gaming laptop for around £800 in a different retailer but wondering what I can get if go PC way instead..

This will be mainly for multitasking, online trading, casual gaming and possible 2 monitors set up
Budget is around 800 to 1000

Must include:
Already have an old 24 inch monitor, looking to add another as a main monitor possibly ultra wide or just good for gaming/video
Gaming keyboard + mouse 2 side buttons
wifi
500gb storage min
No need for os
16gb of ram
Prefer amd
Case with see though side and possible space for some radiators down the line
Essentially im looking to spend 800 now to 1000 to maybe improve it in 1 year time or so (more ram, storage, cpu cooling and etc)

Very nice indeed

But a monitor is needed within the budget.
Also dont mind getting a cheap wifi card if i can save money on the Motherboard
500gb ssd as a start would be fine as i can add later.
