does that situation actually exist because it shouldn't. Red cats eyes are to mark the hard shoulder only.

Stop paying attention to the sodding cats eyes & keep your mind on driving would be a good place to start.

If you see them keep going in that lane untill you really have to move out of it and cut in line of people who have been queuing for past mile
