I'm not. He acts like a spoilt kid, he's lazy and fights with his manager and teammates on the training ground. That will upset the squad and set a bad example to younger players.

I can pretty confidently say that Suarez's teammates loved him and that the likes of Sterling won't go around biting people. He will however run himself into the ground, following the example set to him by Suarez.

I've got your training ground bust up right here:

31 goals and however many assists has an even better effect for the club on and off the pitch

Although he ain't coming Balotelli would be hilarious for this sort of stuff

And them 8 games he missed?

A loss to Southampton and a draw with Swansea was it?

There's your league title right there.

There is no other player who can get those goals.

Sterling wrongly called offside against City + them getting a corner when they shouldn't have (flappy Mignolet too)

No penalties vs Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, Eto not sent off

Gerrard slip

Crystanbul

Countless others cost us the title

Also lol@the skrtel 'bust up' the majority of the people you can see are laughing and smiling in the photo, Suarez has never been a problem with team mates

So, taking LvG at face value, he's more or less decided what players he wants to ship out and will tell them when we're back from the tour:

http://www1.skysports.com/football/...er-united-players-will-learn-their-fates-soon

Most likely to go are:

  • Nani
  • Anderson
  • Fellaini
  • Cleverley (was rubbish pre-season and Everton are interested)
  • Hernandez
  • Kagawa

So far we've got no viable incoming targets, according to the press, anyway:

  • Vermaelen is unlikely (and seems to be injured all the time lately)
  • Vidal is well... who knows, pretty much off
  • Hummels would take a lot of work, and a lot of money, extremely unlikely
  • We're 'monitoring' the Di Maria situation, but he will no doubt end up at PSG
  • Blind was mentioned with De Vrij (now at Lazio and said we were never interested) but that's gone totally silent
  • Strootman would be a potential fitness gamble and would be very expensive

The rest haven't been mentioned by the English press.

Woodward himself said he's been working on various targets for weeks now on behalf of LvG, so surely he must have had some people in mind regardless of who he's shipping out. LvG is more concerned about his system rather than individual quality, as long as a player can perform his role in the team exactly as he wants, he'll be happy.

If Welbeck has a knee injury that is as bad as it sounds it might be, we would be better off keeping hold of Chica...

Seems like he thinks it's best to sell off the team and not even bother buying anyone, looks like they are shutting the club down.

:D ;)

Not sure what he does with Januzaj either can't play upfront or a wingback only as a 10 but Mata is better

He'll rotate with Mata, and against weaker teams/when games are won, I don't see why he couldn't play left wingback either.

If we sign a few players then a loan might not be a terrible idea for him.

No you've got Skrtel and Suarez messing about right there.

And the games he missed through suspension are cancelled out by the fact he was never injured.

As I touched on, you would put up with his madness because he is a genius. Balotelli isn't and is a disruptive influence on the squad.

If Balotelli actually gave 100% in training and tried to improve he would be a world class striker, he will definitely go down as one of the biggest waste of talent ever if he keeps it up.

He was tweeting about how if he scored against Costa Rica and Uruguay and England went through that the queen would have to kiss him, how about u let your football do the talking and dont talk so much **** before a ball has been kicked to then only embarrass yourself at the world cup.

I have never seen ballotelli look anything like world class. Even on his best days he is only a good striker. There are at least a few dozen strikers i would rather have than him yet some people rave about his talent.

I have watched quite a lot of him and he has so much talent to really become a great player, he will never ever fulfil that talent. He can score some amazing goals and it looks like he's not even trying at times.

He had a very good game against England and then went back to his usual brat self after that for the last 2 games.

Not a forest fan but from what I saw last season Lascelles is a good signing, and loaning him back is a sensible option because he's still young. He could develop into a really decent prem defender.

Heard that a lot today. He can't be any worse than the current aids we have at the back. Pearce seems slightly rattled by it:

Natalie Jackson @NatJacksonsport · 9m
SP says he is not happy Lascelles and Darlow have been sold to Newcastle but they are being loaned back on a season long loan #nffc

Natalie Jackson @NatJacksonsport · 4m
Just interviewed SP and he said "the club in their wisdom have sold them and I think it is not a great deal financially for the club"#nffc

Natalie Jackson @NatJacksonsport · 39s
SP says he is pleased they have them back on loan and hopes the money will be re-invested. More on @bbcemt soon #nffc

Rodwell seems to be off to Sunderland. Decent signing if he can stay fit.

Vidal is officially in the Juventus tour squad, leaving tonight.

Still nothing from us to say we're even a bit interested (though he was confirmed by the Manchester media as a potential target a while back).

I realise that many fans want more signings, but you have to trust the manager. If he doesnt see the need (and right now, that is what he is saying, ie. he wants to assess the squad and does not want to buy for the sake of buying), then as fans, we must wait to see how the team play, before demanding changes.

People demanded a manager who has won multiple league titles and champions league titles. We now have that. Lets trust in his judgement.

I realise the frustration of last year. I was one of the more vocal people who stated that Moyes was not cut out for a top club. But before moaning (again), I want to at least give LvG a chance to prove himself.

Tonight, we play Liverpool. I want to wait and see how we do in this game.

I trust lvg but we are at the point where a key injury could derail the whole squad. Our midfield 2 of Herrera and fletcher or cleverley etc would we **** if Herrera got injured for any amount of time. Our back 3 is the same and based on smalling and jones injury records that will happen.

And a right fullback.

I like Rafa, but he's a little injury prone.

Valencia is shocking going forwards, basically like Kuyt, which worries me because LVG persisted with playing him at the World Cup.

Exactly, it's not a matter of not trusting the manager. The quad clearly needs reinforcement, it's not really up for debate. We are ridiculously weak in several areas, both in quality and numbers.
