As much as the press are talking up Kroos wants to leave Bayern, why would he want to leave THAT team. Love to see him in a Utd shirt but more chance of seeing Tom Cruise I think. Better fire FIFA 14 up if I want to see that any time soon

Why would he want to leave, money....
Money has made hundreds of players leave great teams for other teams. As does ego, he's just another player at Bayern, he could be the star man at another team. He's not close to the best player in that team but could be elsewhere.

Yup, he's on a relatively low wage compared to the top earners at Bayern, Ribery/Robben/Goetze etc are all on more than him.
It's a contract thing though which is why we will never get him, his agent will play off Bayern and stress how he is interested in joining and then they will offer him a contract and he will happily sign.
Yeah, Bayern aren't going to let him go easily after last nights performance, he showed good composure and leading ability in the middle..

I would regret leaving Bayern if the club still wanted me, they obviously want to keep him he is such a talented player and was one of the best players on the pitch yesterday.

A joke? Valdes is comfortably the best keeper around by a large margin, he's truly brilliant and has time left. Also I applaud him for not being one of these boring guys who just wins the same title over and over again in frankly a normally two horse race, he wants new challenges and to win in different leagues.
I'd kill for Arsenal to buy him, absolutely outstanding keeper and much better than Hart. Hart isn't bad but has had more than a few poor spells in his time, he was pretty rubbish last year and poor at points this year. Don't forget they've dropped Hart a bunch of times in the past what 18 months for Pantsman due to some horrendous keeping errors. All keepers make them but Hart really hasn't looked anywhere near his best for quite some time, at his best, Valdes was still quite a bit better.

I never meant Valdes is a joke but why would an ENGLISH team want to replace ENGLAND's #1 goal keeper? Thats what I find to be a joke. If Valdes signs for City, then Hart must go. Then again, Iker at Madrid is sitting on the bench and he is Spain's #1... or is he? Maybe Lopez will get the nod now over Iker at the world cup?

It's only bizarre in that it's made it to an article.
Zanetti even says in it that he talks to JM but never about these things.
Hopefully Kurt Zouma will be giving Terry & Cahill a few rest days next season.
