Transferring contacts to new phone?

Ive recently bought a new iPhone to replace my existing iPhone and would like to know how to transfer my phone contacts over.

They're all stored in your iCloud account so will appear when you log your new phone in and do a restore. Unless your old iPhone was a 3s or something ridiculously old.

As above, do an iCloud backup on your old device, turn it off, turn on new phone, sign into iCloud, restore from that backup and voila it's all done.
