Transferring number from Orange Contract to Orange SIM Only?

Hi, Does anyone know if its possible to transfer a number from an existing Orange Pay Monthly contract (That's outside its contract terms) to a new SIM Only Orange sim?

Reason I'm asking is there is currently £80 cashback for new SIM Only deals

cancel your contract and put the number on pay as you go, get the deal then port your number. i would ask if you can port it tho
