Trasferring files..PC>K800i

Havnt tried the file transfer yet but its not as straight forward as the K750i,

I have selected file transfer mode, it switched to file transfer mode but i dont get the drive popping up in my computer, i dont like using the software that SE provides as 70% of the time its buggy and just generally crap..
 
Grr, guess i will have to put up with it then until i get a mem card!

Another question, saving me opening another thread, i think i have some bluetooth issues. I dont think my phone has found any bluetooth device since iv had it, regardless.

Think im going to have to test it out but im sure its not right
 
I just plug in the USB cable and select "file transfer mode" on the phone and i can drag and drop like i did with my W800
 
I have to admit i pop out the memory card, bung it in a card reader using the adaptor which came with the card and then copy files on direct.

As for bluetooth ... mine downloaded the contacts off of my Mac Mini (once i had downloaded a plugin for Isync compatibility)

The range on the bluetooth is rubbish. My old 6230 can find my mates K800i, but my K800i can't find him, so we can't play bluetooth games at lunchtime across the office.
