Trip to BTCC at Thruxton

after the tips i was given after my last trip to a brands hatch i thought i'd have another try....
Very pleased with the results.... critique welcome and any tips on how to improve the shots are very welcome, still trying to learn the ropes....

Your photos are a good start. You have kept the background clean (a lot of motorsport photographers fail to do that) and you understand how to pan, another good thing, but the images have very jagged lines. I suspect this could either be how you have resized (or comprssed) them or some unusual sharpening method. If you can fix that it will improve your pictures greatly.

thanks, the jaggies could be something to do with imageshacks resizing, they dont appear on the original pictures.

Cornwall to thruxton isn't too bad, only 190 miles, easily doable for a day trip

You seem to have the panning sorted. It's just that none of them stand out really; partly from the same angle all the time, and also a bit of processing would help them jump out more.

yer, we kind of set camp at one spot and stayed there, the panning worked out resonably well, got a lot of ones which didn't come out so well though!
