China is already building it's on in-house/country CPUs as not to rely on the west. I think they are at 25nm if I recall correctly. So like most things, it won't be long till they hit the sub 10 mark, by replicating already established fab processes.
IT will be interesting times if Intel and a Chinese play joins the GPU market.
