Hi, i'm quite new to buying televisions and frankly there is so much choice now I don't know where to start or what to look out for.

It has to replace my existing CRT monitor which has broke and have speakers or sound that the PC will use as well - I don't play games or anything though, just office applications, browse the Internet and watch a few films.

I would also like to be able to watch Freeview as well. I know nothing about HDTV, should I be looking for an HDTV or not?

I would also like to be able to connect my X-Box to it.

Not sure what size I should be aiming for either, my CRT was 17" and my TV is small as well but I saw a gorgeous 32" in an electrical store the other day but it was like £1000, way out of my budget.

Is this possible? Is there any other features I should be thinking about it or don't know about?
